- Download and then open the Norwich City Football Club app
- Sign into your OneCity account using your email address and password
- Approximately 30 minutes before the match, a flashing black dot will appear in the top righthand corner of the homepage
- When you tap this flashing dot, a ‘Live Audio’ or ‘Live Video’ button should appear at the bottom of the screen
- After tapping the relevant button, a screen will appear allowing access depending on your purchased pass
